Content Strategy + Art Direction
Ferrero Rocher wanted to refresh its social media strategy to appeal to a younger target audience. In order to do so, we created a fresh visual identity for the brand to look more premium yet young. We extended this to tonality of the brand to sound more conversational than traditionally preachy. We didn’t stop here. We introduced a more agile scheme for mapping our target audience during different campaigns while pairing them with human insights from our markets. This helped us in crafting content that not only looked fresh but also called for audience participation and engagement.
