Ferrero Rocher's challenge has been converting it's younger fan base on social media into active shoppers.
In order to solve this challenge, we took a couple steps back and relooked at the way the brand was communicating with it's fans on social media. We wanted to change its perception of a reserved, tea-time brand to a more conversational and relatable one.
We created a fresh visual identity for the brand to look more premium yet young. 'Something right of out of pinterest!' as some might call it. And when we crafted content - we didn't just make it look pretty! By adopting a more agile audience targeting for our different campaigns, we were able to generate engagement and respond to our audiences than simply talking at them.
